For prevention one should not sleep straightaway after meals. Giving up smoking and alcohol surely helps overcoming this situation. Follow regular intervals between two meals. Never eat if not hungry. Don’t remain awaken in late nights and on the other hand, don’t sleep at afternoons.
One has to live tension free life as the tension increases the acid secretion in the stomach. Give up too much fasting. Fill up your stomach with water as the water is greatest among or diluting substances.
